The Malthouse cafe has recently changed hands to Loom, a venture created by Alex, Remy and Sam, for good wholesome food and for coffee lovers.

Alex has worked with Ben at Nincomsoup for some time and has taken on the same ethos as his predecessor (who was here at The Malthouse for four years), with a real kitchen, where he steams, chops and stirs food from scratch, using his own recipes. 

​​

Remy is a well established barista who has come from Orchard Lane in Sandgate.

​

Sam has visited both venues on a regular basis and when given the opportunity to be part of this new venture was very keen to learn and take his role as the third member of the Loom Cafe team.

​

Visit Loom for speciality coffee locally roasted by @nincomsouphythe, quality ingredient soups, freshly made chunky sandwiches, or something from the cake cabinet, all made locally or in-house.

The menu includes vegan / veggie options.
